Orders must be collected within 14 days from the date they arrive at our store.
If not collected within this period, KSTARPLANET ENTERPRISE reserves the right to reclaim or repurpose the item.
Your item will be shipped out within 5 working days after it arrives at our store. We will notify you once it’s ready to be shipped.
Shipping Fees:
Preorder
– Item is either not yet released in Korea or currently on the way to Malaysia.
– Estimated arrival: 14–21 working days after the official release date or order date.
– Orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items have arrived.

Based on the latest overseas shipping and customs clearance conditions, international logistics may experience delays beyond our normal estimated timeframe. By placing an order for a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such unforeseen delays. Ready Stock
– Item is physically available in our Malaysia store/warehouse.
– Orders are shipped out within 5 working days after payment.
Backorder
– Item is out of stock locally but has already been ordered from our distributor.
– Estimated arrival is the same as pre-order: 14–21 working days depending on shipment schedule.
– Orders containing backorder items will be shipped once the items have arrived.
