Please read through the following before placing your order:

1. Please confirm before placing your order
   Kindly double-check before placing an order. Once submitted, your order is considered final.
   
2. No urgent orders
   Please check carefully if the product is marked as “pre-order”. Pre-orders usually take 2–4 weeks to arrive from the batch closing date or official release date, whichever is later. For items with a future release date, the estimated arrival window starts only after the official release date. Delays may occur depending on the Korean supplier.
   
3. No backouts
   Cancellations or order withdrawals are not allowed once the order has been made.
   
4. No cancellations or refunds
   All sales are final unless the item is out of stock or unavailable.
   
5. International shipping (EMS) is included
   Product prices already include international shipping costs; no second payment needed.
   
6. Local shipping is not included
   Domestic postage within Malaysia will be charged separately at checkout.
   
7. Full refunds for unsuccessful pre-orders
   If a pre-order cannot be secured, we will refund the full amount paid.
   
8. Ready stock ships within 5 working days
   In-stock items will be dispatched within 5 working days after payment is received.
   
9. Minor shipping damage may occur
   Small dents or flaws might happen during transit from Korea. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for such minor cosmetic issues.
   
10. No responsibility for manufacturer defects
    We do not unbox products before shipping. If any inclusions (e.g., photocards, posters) are missing or damaged, it is considered a factory issue and is not our responsibility.
